We all have a sensitive point when it comes to mothers who love and care for their children regardless of the obstacles that stand in their way. Their lack of selfishness and protective nature is sometimes a shield for children. An elderly mother in the Philippines, named Juliet Lorenzo, certainly has all these qualities.

Facebook user Gilbred Cargason Alsagon Jr. revealed to the general public how excited he was about this elderly mother’s devotion to her disabled daughter. Looks like he saw the two of them on a bench.

According to Gilbert, all the people in the bank, customers and employees alike, had tears in their eyes when this mother came in carrying her daughter, Mary Jane, on her back, and everyone offered to help her. However, the woman refused any help because her daughter did not want anyone to carry her.

After this man posted the pictures, a television station found out that besides the fact that the girl is paralyzed, she can’t even speak and this has been her condition since she was 3 years old. It seems that the two live alone in a humble house for 25 years and the mother says that she can never leave her daughter alone for fear that someone might harm her or abuse her defenseless daughter.

Julieta says that that day she was at the bank to collect her pension, which is not enough for her needs and treatment of the girl. However, despite the poverty and hardships I go through every day, Juliet has had and will always take great care of her daughter. The love they have for each other is a model for any family relationship and deserves to be promoted.
