No matter how much you exercise it can all go to waste if you are not doing it smartly, and these exercises are intended to target the arm flab.
#1 Arm Jumping Jacks
Do this motion while jumping to cross the legs and arms. These are not your gym teacher’s jumping jacks.
#2 The Perfect Push Up
Back straight, chest and abdomen tight. 2 to 3 sets of 15 to 20 push ups will help to tone those arms.
#3 Triceps Kickbacks
Ben the knees, rest one hand on the front knee, and do 2 sets of 20-25 tricep extensions, as seen here.
#4 Dips
Put yo hands up on the bench, when we dip, you dip, we dip!
#5 Cardio Never Hurts
Jogging, stair climbing, and jumping rope can all help to burn overall body fat. But put the cell phone away while doing it.
