Moyo was only a few days old when he was abandoned by his herd while crossing a flooded river. He was found by rangers when he was beeing surrounded by hyenas.

Rangers took the baby elephant to Wild Is Life Sanctuary in Zimbabwe. There, the baby elephant was adopted by the founder, Roxy Danckwertz.

#3 14 months old.
Moyo es 14 months old now, and follows her everywhere. He knows, her voice, her smell, and where she is all the time. But things are getting a bit complicated because he’s getting bigger and when he walks around the house it’s definite havoc.

#4 Loving the kitchen.
Moyo loves to go into the kitchen, where Roxy used to prepare his milk, and help himself to whatever he can get his trunk on… he loves carrying a silver spoon around. Not a usual pet to have around the house.
