Two friends were hiking on a trail by Marsh Creek State Park. They were walking along the creek when they saw a soaking wet puppy stranded on a small islet. They waded through the violent waters to get to the dog, luckily they were able to grab him before he was swept away.

The puppy had a collar and tags on, so they called his owners. He was being searched for all day; apparently he was a notorious fence jumper. Hopefully his owners invest in a taller fence… and maybe a dog life jacket.
