It’s amazing how loyal our pets are, even when we’re away. Dogs are especially known for their boundless loyalty: from Odysseus Argos to Hachiko, the world is full of canine stories that have remained faithful to their masters to the end.
What about cats? It is known that dogs are man’s best friends, and cats are aloof and indifferent.
But one heartbreaking story shows that cats can love their owners forever – and even grieve for them when they are gone.
Every day, a man named Keli Köningau Praitno saw the cat return to the same location on land in central Java, Indonesia.
Realize the heartbreaking truth: the cat visited the grave of its previous owner, a deceased old woman.
“She has stayed here at the grave since the cat’s mother died,” Kelly told The Mirror. “She doesn’t want to go home.”
The cat visited the grave every day for over a year. Kelly tried to adopt a cat, and the others gave her food and drink. But the cat refuses to go with anyone – she just wants to stay with her old master.
Kelly says the cat is still in the care of the old woman’s children, but the cat insists on visiting the grave.
“Then the cat returns to the same place,” said Kelly. “She sleeps there and meows.”
“It’s sad to see this. This shows how close the animals are to their owners. ”
It’s heartbreaking but a reminder of how much our pets love us! Share this emotional story!
