Baby Panda meets her mother after being separated for a month. Yuan Zai is a baby panda who was born on July 6th at the Taipei Zoo in Taiwan. She suffered an injury just a few days in her life so she had to be taken to a private incubator by her mother and required constant monitoring and care.
After a month of care, she was taken back to her mother, Yuan Yuan.
Her supervisors made the two of them introduce themselves again and carefully watched the Yuan Yuan’s reaction to the boy. They put Yuan Zai in another room before opening the doors to see what her mother would do.
Don’t worry, Yuan Yuan gently held her cub in her mouth and went back to the box. They worriedly watched her cuddle her baby as she tried to stop Yuan Zai from crying.
She tried different poses, maybe a little nervous at first, but her motherly instincts helped her find the perfect cuddle position.
To everyone’s delight, Yuan Zai started breastfeeding her baby, and after a busy day of feeding and socializing, the mother and daughter feel exhausted and take a nap together.
In order not to overload the yuan or her baby, they kept the two of them apart at night so they could rest properly. You can see her heartbreaker in the video below. Since the video was shot, Yuan Zai has grown into a healthy little panda.
